Customer service is bad. I ordered Bun Bo Nuong Đac Biet and can't believe they chopped beef into tiny pieces. This's my first and also my last time to come

I've come here a couple times now and my boyfriend and I love it. Very authentic Vietnamese food and the service is always good. Ambience is pretty simple, it just feels like a traditional Asian restaurant. It's never very packed when we come, so we are seated immediately and the food comes out pretty quick. Prices aren't too bad either.

Worst experience ever. We order the bun cha ha noi. They didn't even give nuoc mam or do chua for my order. The service is horrible. I even tip them for my togo order. When i called to complain, they just hang up. I don't think that's a good solution.

This is my 3rd time coming here! Normally I do not give review on first visit. After third visits, this restaurant deserves a 5 stars, I rate base on taste of food, services and for most cleanliness! Appetizers, crab noodle soups, pork chop rice, dry noodles etc. They are all delicious!! Not too much MSG. I have visited other Vietnamese restaurants mostly the portion are huge, but the meat are not fresh. When the meat smells meaning not fresh, but not in this restaurant. Most of other Vietnamese restaurant I went have smelly odors when you enter the restaurants! Turning me off when I see the restaurant table, utensils are not clean, before I even started ordering food. This restaurant does not have odors like most of Vietnamese restaurants! The price are reasonable for the quality of the food they serve. The price is reasonable but not cheap, as you know restaurants business are tough, to maintain quality they are not making too much money! If expecting cheap and large portions, this is not the restaurant, if quality over quantity, this is the right restaurant!

I wouldn't recommend their bun bo hue here lacked some flavour and probably on my bottom list of places where I'd get bun Bo hue from. BUT! I do recommend if you like rice with spare ribs they make a bit different here with lots of lemongrass and has good flavour however their soup on the side tasted like water barely any flavour. Overall my husband wouldn't want to come back but I would if I'm craving this rice dish again

the food here was very tasty. ive had mi kho before in my hometown but the one here had a different flavor, and it was delicious. the banh beo was made well, and not too doughy. as for the com and bun cha, i didnt get to taste those but the members in our party thay ordered them, wiped their plates clean!! the staff was very nice and the place it self was small and cute. i would definitely come here again next time im in cali

Food was mediocre the pho was okay, service wasnt amazing and crazy thing is they ran out asking for a bigger tip when they barely checked on us and we didn’t even leave a mess- who runs out and asks for a tip?

* Price: a bit pricey for the Vietnamese area... but everything is more expensive in 2023. A bowl of pho is $15... you get the idea. * Ambiance: simple and clean but chic. * Location: in Westminster area. Free parking.* Meals: authentic central Vietnamese food. * Service: a bit slow but pleasant This is one of our favorite places in Little Saigon to get banh beo. It is a central vietnamese street food, steam rice cake topped with prawn floss, mung bean paste, oily scallion, and served with fish sauce and chilly pepper. They also have other central Vietnamese dishes such as bun bo hue (spicy beef soup), goi hen (clam salad), etc. Banh beo: about $11 for a tray of 8 cups of rice cake. After pouring the fish sauce to the cup, the rice cake can be scooped out and eaten as once, very savory but light at the same time. Each one of us had one tray of banh beo. Goi hến: small tiny clams mixed with shredded banana flowers, variety of mints, chilly pepper, and fish sauce, served with fried shrimp chips. We also got pho here. Pho has good flavor, but it is not their specialty. We would drive 2 hours from LA to get our fix for central Vietnamese food! If you are looking for central vietnamese food, look no further. This place is a nice introduction to central Vietnamese cuisine.

Friendly service, clean environment, tasty food. $16 for my pork and eggroll dish was higher than I expected although inflation is probably making it high for all the restaurants...

100% authentic Vietnamese! the food is fantastic! Staff is kind and warm! Owner is incredible and always gracious! Ambiance clean, sophisticated and laidback! I enjoy driving from Los Angeles to Quan Hop I'm from Vietnam but now reside in LA! It's very difficult to find great Vietnamese food with specialty dishes in Santa Monica! I love the Banh It Ram, Com Tam and Bun rieu! Their iced teas & coffees are refreshing and make me miss home! thank you Quan Hop! I will be back soon! Highly recommend

Our friend recommended this place so gave it a try. The decor was modern. Service was acceptable however you have to pay at the counter. The portion size for the Bun thit nuong was smaller than I expected for the price. The bahn it ram appetizer was good but pricey. The food tasted fine but I can find better value. I drove across the street to pick up a carnitas burritos because I was still a little hungry.
