Stopped here quickly Because another location made us awful drinks . They offered to remake them for free and then upsized my husbands drink just to be kind ! Alyssa and Dunya are a breath of fresh air in the service industry . Thank you guys so so much .
You guys ALWAYS forget the extra caramel drizzle 50% of the time and im always paying extra for it. Some people don't have the time to go back and get it fixed. It's really irritating. It's always happening. This is annoying. Either they know they forgot it and didn't fix it or they are not even taking the time to read the order and make it correctly. This has happened multiple times I've always let it go but now it's just super irritating at this...
I don't like to leave bad reviews bc the people who work here are very nice and always get my order perfect as for taste overall but... I am a bit bummed about this. As someone who works in the service industry also, I chalked it up to them being busy the first couple times. This is probably the 4th(?) time I've ordered a Venti and gotten it barely over half filled though. Do yourself a favor and just order a Grande instead, the same amount for less of the price.
