After grocery shopping, I saw this Sushi Go on the way out. I saw the new owner (4 months new) making a platter of sushi. He has skills similar to sushi restaurants chefs. We chatted. He is a young man who worked in couple sushi restaurants prior. He decided to have his own shop. He said he is keeping the standards and quality as the restaurants; methods, ingredients, and presentation. Great sushi 🍣 in a convenient location! In side Thuan Phat Supermarket on Beach Blvd. Just grab and go, also serving party trays!
