Clean, the bathroom was nasty!! Anytime I see urine on the floor, I hate walking in!! Should be cleaned every hour, in my opinion 🤔! Especially the toilet seat, the worst part of the BR everywhere! 🤷

I was the only one in there and no one was at the drive thru and they took almost 1 hour to make my food also when I got home and looked at my burrito it was messed up and not even a burrito anymore if anything it looked like a bowl from chitpotle and the shot cream sauce was open and spilled everywhere

Total disaster. First they gave me a soda with just about zero syrup so I asked for a replacement. Then I got home and realized the tostada was missing from my order as well as half the ingredients on the nachos bell grande (see photo). Oh and there were literally maybe 2 tablespoons of beans and cheese in the burrito. So annoyed I didn’t eat anything. Never again.
Horrible customer service. I arrived a minute before they opened and this young man working told me in a rude attitude come later. I said, "well, what time do you guys open?" He said they opened at a 9, still saying it with a rude attitude. I pulled up to the front drive thru, and the hours clearly said it opened at 8 AM. And he made me go all the way around the drive thru again if I wanted to order, mind you no one was in front of me, nor behind me. Will not be returning ever again. And all I wanted was a cheese quesadilla, was that so hard to make. and he spit in my food.
