I have been at 3 different locations this being my 3rd location, I went with my family and I was very disappointed and grossed out.1st complaint;they had about 2 guys working and 2 other ones at the bar(employees) drinking one of them I can tell he was intoxicated and he was talking thrash about a girl (don't know if it was a customer) the worse thing about it is that both were still wearing their uniform while they were drinking, that is so unpleasant to see employees drunk even if they were off the clock.2nd complaint: the food was bland I have ordered the same at the 2 other locations and the food is so tasteful, our food was so unflavored that we literally had to use lots of lemon and salt, the shrimp tasted like it was just boiled in water, the server took out order wrong and brought the rice, corn and potatoes with no shrimp even when he asked if we wanted the shrimp headless and he said oh sorry I didn't hear you wanted shrimp, wth?3rd complaint; the whole place was dirty and messy, there were empty tables just full of thrash and nobody was cleaning even though the 2 servers working were just talking with the other 2 employees drinking at the bar, went to use the restrooms and the floors all the way to the back and inside the restroom were so sticky and the restrooms were disgusting the sink had yellow gunt around the faucet and there was toilet paper all over the stalls and thrash cans were overflowing.Will not be back at this location!!Horrible, horrible to bad I can give 0 stars.

Food is okay, some of the shrimp was off. The staff would skip ppl not giving them bibs. No refills, no one asked, we tried getting their attention multiple times, they never bothered to come. Had to go up and get what we needed. No one came to take our payment. First time in my life contiplated walking out without paying.

We love the Kickin style sauce so much .. the crawfish is fresh even frozen. Big and juicy. The store at McFadden - Magnolia even has special promotion / happy hours with discount for crawfish/ shrimp / mussels etc..our kids love to it here when they get back from school. They could eat every days ?

The truth it’s , I will never come to this place again. The waitress only brought me my order, a soda, that was all she did and she charged me a 30 dollar tip on my ticket and also told me that if I wasn't going to leave her a tip, this isn't fair. The truth is, the rice you ordered was raw, the sauce on the shrimp had no flavor. I don't recommend it. Honestly, don't spend your money in this place.

This review sucks since phillip was cool on my birthday, too bad he wasnt here tonight to help resolve this when i was assaulted in the store, today. A Lady rammed her chair into me after a spat and i asked for their camera tape but the manager said the boss can take my info down and get back to me.That doesnt help when they ladys gonna leisurely eat and leave. In retrospec i shouldve called the cops.

Dislocation off Westminster and off magnolia doesn't even answer their phones and then I went into the Westminster location and there was nobody even there it's not like they were too busy to answer the phone they just don't what kind of service is that?

I keep hearing this particular place being mentioned by Kim Thai during her crawfish mukbang so I decided to give this place a try. Ordered 4 pounds of crawfish for Togo and very happy with their All-in-one sauce (forgot the real name of it). I was very impressed with the freshness of the crawfish. They came in different sizes and EVERY SINGLE OF THEM WAS FRESH. Unlike other places where they mix frozen and fresh ones together. The only surprise was that I didn't have my potatoes and sausages. No big deal. I called and they apologized and promised to give me extras next time. I totally understand that errors happen due to many reasons. I am just happy that their customer service was awesome and I think I am going back there pretty soon.
