Extensive drinks menu, from beer, wine to juice, to suit all tastes.

The restaurant space and dining utensils are kept clean.

Even though the restaurant is crowded, the dishes are served very quickly, no need to wait long.

The grilled meat here is soft and fragrant, and is great with green chili salt.

Customer service is terrible. My family ordered only Bò Lá Lốt, but they brought Mỡ Chài and porridge in addition and said we just needed to eat because it was paid (included in the tour). For clarification, I was with my family who was on tour travel in the US. Also, I know for sure that there is free water, but due to the recognition of tourists, they said they only sell water bottles and sell $1 each. I dislike the fact that they were dishonest (we were fooled by both the manager for an additional charge and by the server for no free water at their restaurant). I'm totally disappointed by the unacceptable behavior of the people in the restaurant. I truly hope that this will never happen again to anyone. This is the first and last time I will come to this place.

I was with my family coming out of state but a couple of us were from LA. We tried the beef 7 course and it was beyond bad. I never had it this bad. I am not trying to insult but the porridge soup was salty had a noodle in there, the three meat ball course was bland no taste.

Too much is bad. Eat for 5 people and automatically calculate a 15% tip. Then I have to pay tax on that tip, which is almost $200. But eating grilled beef with fat and pestle has an entire nylon thread and that's it. Just laugh it off and blame the place that sells fat. Po hand.

This was by far one of the worst restaurant experiences I've ever had. The food was mediocre at best, but what truly ruined it was the service. The servers are unfriendly throughout our entire meal.

While finishing my beef meatball (bo mo chai), I was shocked to find a large piece of plastic inside the meatball. It was disgusting and made me lose my appetite. When we informed the server, he casually said, "I'll let the kitchen know," with no apology included. Later, they shifted the blame to their meat supplier, claiming the meatballs came premade and that they had no control over it.

After paying, I reviewed the bill and noticed a 15% service charge added to our table of 5. I've never seen this at any other restaurant. I wouldn't have any issue tipping 15%, but with the service and experience we had today, it definitely was not worth the service charge.

When we told the waiter, he just said nonchalantly, "I'll tell the kitchen," without even apologizing. They then blamed the meat supplier, saying the beef patties were pre-made and they had no control over the situation.

After paying, I checked the bill and saw they added a 15% service fee for our table of 5. I have never seen this at any other restaurant. With the poor service we received, the fee was not worth it at all.

I would have no problem tipping 15%, but for the service and experience we received today, it was absolutely not worth it.

I called to order crispy fried squid, stir-fried beef with shaking shakes and grilled fish with crispy skin 30 minutes in advance, but when I arrived, I waited another 20 minutes. 2 people came later and ordered later. I was served first and left before me. When it was my turn, he calculated. The cashier was looking like he wanted to devour the customer. love it. The food is great. The services are good. My American born daughter likes the beef hotpot. I love the beef meatball and “bo la lop”. The tea is also good!
