We were in Westminster, CA recently, came across this shop, decided to stop in and MAN we wish we had bought more of BÁNH BAO!! The dough has excellent consistency, the filling of salted egg yolk, along with ground pork were season just right. I love their meat and egg bun. It's delicious and I think it's the best bun out there in orange county California.Highly recommend this place for Delicious meat and egg buns.
Interesting small bakery with solid banh bao (though smaller than typical ones) and good coffee. There are also other small confections and snacks. The Banh mi was decent but I think I would come back just for the banh bao more.
