I am a local resident in the wheatland area and have loved CUPPYS coffee my whole life. I went yesterday since I heard they have been bought out and has been changed it to PAPAS COFFEE COMPANY. They have changed the entire staff and atmosphere of the place. I ordered a medium iced Red Bull with strawberry lemonade flavoring. Idk how u can really ruin or mess that up. 1.) they took forever when the line wasn’t long 2.) then when handed my drink it was blended 4.) then forgot to give me a straw. And before I can be like “hey I want a straw “ they said “have a good day” and closed the doors on me so I had to drive off with a drink completely different than my order AND without a straw to drink it.
I think if you’re going to change something that’s has been a local favorite for ages, at least keep it up to the standard that was CUPPYS COFFEE because right now PAPAS COFEE COMPANY seems like a big mess.

I have been visiting this coffee stand for years so even though it recently sold I was still going to continue visiting. Sat’s visit was not great. First I always ask for my coffee extra hot, that is how I like coffee and finally they got it right!!! Yay!! However, I don’t think the cups are the same they feel not as substantial as before and the lids are thinner. Anyway I happily drove off noting that the coffee has also seemed to have changed and become more bitter. After taking a few sips I put my coffee in the cup holder as I always do, no I did not grab the cup by the lid, and that is when the oh hell moment happened. The lid popped off , the cup tilted and erupted in coffee all over me. I was not happy, that’s putting it nicely. Will I go back…never say never but seriously do something about the cups. Lids should not pop off, especially on hot drinks. I have never had this problem, except from gas station coffee cups.

Tried Papa’s for the first time this morning and I can’t recommend it enough! Both drinks were delicious, (teddy graham latte with cold foam is my new favorite thing ever) and the customer service is top notch! My 2 fur babies approved of the pup cups as well😊 Will definitely be a regular here!

The take over has been terrible. The quality of blended and mixed coffee drinks is absolutely abysmal. It’s like these employees have never mixed anything in their lives. They certainly are no baristas and I would be surprised to find out they could even pull a half decent shot. Grit in my espresso, grit in both my daughter and wife’s mochas, nothing even stirred, wrong order both times I’ve been in having x2 drinks remade to order. Employees are slow rude and incapable. They shot themselves in the foot not paying the cuppy’s original owner to train staff and produce the working formula. 9 drinks a week are no longer coming here. Nothing but the original owner coming back is bringing us back for anything. We would rather buy gas station coffee. Tastes better!!

Love this cute lil’ spot. I get either the Raspberry Mocha or Berry smoothie. Always friendly people when ordering! Super yum and doesn’t have “watered down” taste like I experience when ordering large sizes at Dutch Bros or Starbucks.

I recently had a bariatric sleeve done. So of course I have to calorie count and the lady that helped me today 5/24/2024 around 820am was lovely. She was even nice enough when I asked about nutritional facts to give me the calories on the ingredients for the skinny latte. ? I love that and will frequent more often now!

My first time trying this coffee shop, the girl was friendly and the coffee was decent! I ordered a medium iced latte, 3 shots of espresso, add toffee nut and white mocha syrup and it tasted DELCIOUS for a total of $6.25. It's a bit more than I expected to pay but it's fine once in a while for me :)
