I'm very picky but I tried a super burrito with carne asada on my way home from work. I was actually looking for a pizza place but then saw this place and said what the heck. There was a good crowd inside so I was like, alright this place must be good. I ordered my burrito, got it super fast. Came home and ate it and it was delicious, definitely coming back to get me a burrito and try other foods
Food 5, Service 5, Ambiance 4 We ordered two plates. Plate 1 had chille relleno and crispy beef taco, refried beans and rice. Hand fried taco shell. Chille relleno was perfectly balanced. Not too much batter. Perfectly done spanish rice. Excellent flavor and texture. Plate 2 had a pork tamal with whole beans and rice. Tamal was excellent. Great flavor. This is my husband and I’s favorite Mexican restaurant, hands down. The best place to get lunch. Junior and his staff are fun, fast, and the food is always delicious! Great value too, and the portions are generous! We love Mi Pueblito so much that we had them cater our rehearsal dinner for our wedding. If you’re ever in Wheatland don’t pass it up!
