This is my husband and I’s favorite Mexican restaurant, hands down. The best place to get lunch. Junior and his staff are fun, fast, and the food is always delicious! Great value too, and the portions are generous! We love Mi Pueblito so much that we had them cater our rehearsal dinner for our wedding. If you’re ever in Wheatland don’t pass it up!

I'm very picky but I tried a super burrito with carne asada on my way home from work. I was actually looking for a pizza place but then saw this place and said what the heck. There was a good crowd inside so I was like, alright this place must be good. I ordered my burrito, got it super fast. Came home and ate it and it was delicious, definitely coming back to get me a burrito and try other foods

Food 5, Service 5, Ambiance 4 We ordered two plates. Plate 1 had chille relleno and crispy beef taco, refried beans and rice. Hand fried taco shell. Chille relleno was perfectly balanced. Not too much batter. Perfectly done spanish rice. Excellent flavor and texture. Plate 2 had a pork tamal with whole beans and rice. Tamal was excellent. Great flavor. Nice balance between meat and masa. Salsa bar was self-serve. Excellent flavor and great heat options. Excellent service. Ambiance received a 4 only because the music was a little too loud. We are originally from SoCal now living in Redding. It has been a little challenging finding a 5 star mexican restaurant since moving from SoCal. This place is a winner.

We've been going here for a few years on and off. Westopped going for a while, not due to anything besides me having new dietary restrictions and i was so new to it, it took me a while to realize I could eat at MI Pueblito.Git a combo plate today...when I say the tamale I'd the best tamale I have had in a long time I mean it. The food is worth 5 stars just from the tamale alone.I usually just get ground beef tacos (only thing i thought that fit my dietary restrictions when I came back), but I felt like branching out and it certainly paid off. 10/10 would recommend. I think I have a new favorite from MI Pueblito!Also their beans and rice are good too.

They forgot my tacos. Waited while my party ate. Mistakes happen. They were street tacos and were delicious. The menus were so dirty. Gross to touch. The waitress did not look happy to be at work. Wasn't too friendly. Bad day? If you like camarrones, just know they aren't shelled, deveined, or tailed. The chip and salsa bar was a mess and dirty from customers. Was never cleaned the entire time we were there eating.If give them another chance because all places can have a bad day. Just be aware.
