I wish to give 5 stars for the customer service and merchandises provided at the Whittier Amazon Go in California. Yet I decide to give 4 stars as of today because I can't speak directly to the staff there via phone to find store information regarding the coffee machine break down recently. I really like to shop at this location, spending more than $5.00 to receive a free coffee (very good coffee). Yet I couldn't have my free coffee lately (2 latest visits) because...
I made a return here and bought some snacks. The returns were easy. The snacks were cool because of a deal but there isn’t much that I’d want to buy to eat here. It’s great if you’re in a bind but overpriced and lacks interesting or varied items. Friendly service.
