This location it’s always something. Management needs to get their act together.Today’s story: I placed a mobile order at 5:30p ish to be picked up at 6:15p. I arrive at 631p and the food isn’t even made. Finally got my order at 642pI intentionally scheduled my pick up at 615p because in times past they rarely had my food ready on time. So I compensated for past experiences…. And yet it STILL HAPPENED. It’s no excuse for planning even 15 mins ahead and having to wait an additional 15 mins on top of it.I work nearby and only get a 30 min lunch. So having food ready for pick up at the time selected is very important
