Left the hospital to go back home and decided to get some food. Went through the drive thru. Gentleman working at the time was both pleasant and friendly. Had my food ready almost as soon as I got to the window.Overall, the service was great. Word of advice to upper management: stop telling your employees to upsell. It's fast food, but I have to say, they have some of the best customer service in the industry. It's such a rarity nowadays. I'm loving the super Star special. Great alternative for kids combo, especially compared to happy meals.

I visited this Carl’s and I had a great experience. The restaurant was clean, the service was excellent. The cashier did not get her name but she was very attentive and patient. I wish others Carls Jr restaurants would be like this one. I definitely will be going here for now
