I stopped by the Carl’s Jr. right off the 605 freeway in Whittier to grab something small to eat, and I’m so glad I did. Adriana provided amazing service—she was patient even though I took a little long to order, and her friendly, welcoming attitude made a great impression. Her positive energy really stood out. This place needs a major facelift… it smells and not like a fast food restaurant should on the inside it’s not clean in or out. It’s not appealing honestly it was my last option. Do better this community keeps you open it should reflect the standards of a fast food restaurants and more hold the marketing brand.

Around the city, there are advertisements stating that the restaurant is running a promotion: "Buy one Big Carl and get the second one for just a dollar." I went to the restaurant, ordered two sandwiches and a drink, but they charged me full price for everything. I asked if there might be a mistake, to which they replied, "No." The promotion applies every day except today, so you have to pay full price. This seems like a scam or deceit. I don’t recommend coming here.

Worst customer service! This is the first restaurant that can’t honor app’s coupons because “ their scanner is not working “ other places would just manually input it. But this restaurant’s manager “couldn’t do anything about it @🤦♀️
