Came to get a big Carl single.. when I got it only had lettuce like where my tomatoes at and my onions. I also order the jalapeño poppers and I ask for one more ranch and she like I gave you one! Like umm one isn’t enough. If I had to pay for more ranch I don’t mind. I need ranch with my burger and my poppers.

This morning I had the worst experience ever I had to wait 25 min for two bacon burritos. I got to work late just because the cook was decided to get all crazy and started screaming at the cashier instead of helping her out. When manager arrived ask the cook to lower her voice and she was very rude and was screaming back at her . All I know I’m never coming back to this location.

I’ve been coming to this Carl’s Jr. location often, but my recent visits have been really disappointing. The managers, Gina and Alejandra, were incredibly rude and had such unpleasant attitudes—it honestly made the experience miserable. I don’t appreciate being treated this way, especially when I’m a regular customer. Definitely not the kind of service you expect from a fast-food restaurant employee but I guess that's how Carl's Jr rolls.

Stopped by around 1 AM after a long day at Disneyland—grateful they’re open 24 hours! The lady at the window was super pleasant. Food was just okay, not the freshest I’ve had from Carl’s Jr., but it hit the spot for a late-night meal. For two people, it was $24—way more affordable than other places nearby (Fatburger was $49!). Great budget option when everything else is closed.
I stopped by the Carl’s Jr. right off the 605 freeway in Whittier to grab something small to eat, and I’m so glad I did. Adriana provided amazing service—she was patient even though I took a little long to order, and her friendly, welcoming attitude made a great impression. Her positive energy really stood out. I’ll definitely be coming back! Thank you Adriana

An older gentleman walked into the restaurant behind me and walked straight behind the counter, and began preparing food items. He never washed his hands and did not wear an apron. The service and food were excellent, but it was a turn-off by the unsanitary example that was displayed.

the service was kinda bad the lady’s were a little rude and then I was charged for a large sprite and never received my drink, and then when I got home and opened my food there was hair in my fries which was gross and ruined the food.
