Their customer service is okay. Depending on the person. I've gotten some that were nice and some that make you feel rushed when ordering. One time they gave me chicken tenders that weren't cooked all the way, so be mindful when ordering those here. Their burgers are usually good, haven't had any issues with those, yet.

Jack in the box is not a place you go to to have a nice meal. The quality of their food is mediocre at best. They are a convenience. The only way they can score high is with superior customer service. This location often has people who are challenged speaking English. Finding great people and poorly paying them shows. I go there because I get edible food and I just deal with the inconsistent customer service
