I've been to quite a number of Jamba locations and this one has consistently been the best, in my experience. The one that was closer to my house closed down, which is an inconvenience, but I've found that this location is objectively cleaner with quicker and friendlier customer service. I consistently get asked if I have a Rewards account at checkout (which I don't always get asked at other locations, so I have to tell them I want to scan my barcode) and the staff have always been friendly and reasonably quick at making my order when I come here. I have to drive out of my way to come here, but I much prefer it over the locations closer to my house :) I hope the Whittwood Jamba team keeps up the great work!

Guy was helpful. Acai smoothie wasn’t the best as far as flavor, and I’m a fan of açaí. Maby I’d ask to make some modifications like add more fruit such as blueberries and change the liquid to apple juice or cranberry

Waiting 30+ minutes for a basic açaí bowl is already bad, but seeing 20 people just standing around waiting makes it even worse. This place is clearly understaffed and completely unprepared to handle demand. It feels like the company is cutting corners to save money while customers pay the price. If you can’t keep up, stop taking orders…this is just poor management.

Do not order from here online!!!! Just don’t go here. I ordered breakfast for my family online and drove to come get it only for their doors to be locked and not answering any calls! Terrible! I hope the owners sees this and find a way to give me a refund.

I had asked for extra bananas on my açaí bowl and I was given a big piece of a black banana by the male employee, customer service was not it at this location. Will not come here again. Shouldn’t take 10-20 minutes to get a lemonade and açaí bowl.

As most Jamba juices are, this place is clean, tidy. The cashier expressed great customer giving me details of certain drinks. I got the mega mango. It was refreshing as it was delicious. Great work all around.

I come to this place a lot and what I enjoy most is my interaction with Xena. She is always so nice and patient. Today I walked in and she already had my order on the screen and asked if my order looked correct! She made my day!!
