Modern Shaman is a vegan restaurant with exceptional taste. The burger with Gouda and side salad hit the spot, with perfectly cooked "meat" and delicious fixings. The onion rings were a great side. The Pachamama Tea, hard kombucha, carrot soup, menudo, "chicken" sandwich, mashed potatoes, gluten-free chimichurri ravioli with fried oyster mushrooms, artichoke tacos, and shrimp tacos were all delicious. The place offers free garage parking and 2-hour street parking during the day. A highly recommended spot for delicious and harm-free food.
