I placed an order on the app 40 minutes prior to closing, I showed up 15 minutes before they closed at 9:30pm, the dine in and drive through are sealed off, they are in there , see me and I've tried to wave them down to figure out how to ATLEAST get a refund, instead they are ignoring me and I've been waiting outside for the last 20+ minutes with out a way to get a refund for the 20$ online order I made 40 minutes before the store closes, even showing up 15 minutes before the marked close time

The best Starbucks I have been to and I’ve been to at least a few dozen in my life. Mya was super helpful and explained the drinks to me very well. It seemed like she tried everything as she gave really helpful suggestions about any drink I asked about. A+++

This Starbucks has the best customer service in all of Whittier and it's in a great location less than 5min from my home it's so clean you can probably eat off the floor

First and last time there. I ordered a tall ribbon caramel crunch, and it was literally missing 3 ounces of drink. It was over compensated with a heavy amount of caramel syrup and whipped cream that still didn't reach the top of the cup. I was the only one in line, and it tasted like it melted.

The coffee is amazing!!!! Perfectly brewed and delicious. The service is outstanding and there is peculiar of seating! I love it and there's a food4less nearby too. They open early and even though I came in early they had such a great attitude!!

I made a mobile order at 3:18pm. They have my drink but never display it on the counter. I have checked the counter many times and I asked for my drink twice. And then, they gave me my drink at 3:43pm. Good job, guys. You guys forgot my drink, and it almost melted. Bad service.

Came to the drive thru at this location. The employee asked us what we wanted. We told her what we wanted and her response was, " I'm sorry we are out of that at the moment." Then we changed our order and the employee gave us the same response. This time we heard laughing in the back round. We asked for something else and the third time, the employee sarcastically giggled and said, " we are out of that at the moment." The employees were very unprofessional and rude. Seems like they take their job and customer service as a joke. It's sad they are treating customers this way, and don't take their job seriously.

Drive thru is always slow, if you’re running late to work…don’t bother. You have to give yourself plenty of time. Friendly service though.
