I ordered a venti iced coffee and 60% of the cup was ice cubes. It was enough coffee for a small inside the cup. Don’t go here.

My everyday spot for coffee but since they moved to compostable cups, the drinks seem to not be made the same. My drinks always taste like the measurements are off, like it’s all milk and ice and no coffee taste. We tried to give it multiple chances but decided to just go to different location. Idk if it’s that the compostable cups aren’t see through and don’t have measurement marks?

I have been going to this location since they opened.. I think it is very dirty, need more maintenance. Nothing has changed was there this morning. I found a hair in the table..

Ordered 2 dri k and 2 sandwiches. 1st drink someone stole so theybhad to remake and remade me the drink of the person who had stolen my drink. Whatever I was in a hurry and took it. Went to eat my sandwich and it was missing meat so I had to go back. Decided to get my son a drink, repeated myself 4 times and they still made it incorrectly. No receipts given so nothing can be done. Worst service from a starbucks ever. Cant even call and complain as they dont answer their phone. If you dont like the job you have and dont want to do it right then get another job. Starbucks isnt cheap so to have a bad experience twice in less then 30 minutes is really maddening. If I could give zero stars I would. Do not recommmend this location unless you want super high wait times and incorrect drinks.
