I told her I was crazy and was going to ask for way too much peanut butter! She told me I just loved peanut butter and proceeded to hook me up! She was very kind and talked to us during the whole process. My husband and her both shared a food intolerance and she offered us recipes ideas. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you Ash!“

It is my go-to whenever I am in the area and I would like a break from all of the yucky greasy things that are served at a fast food restaurant. The ingredients are off fresh you can either customize or buy an existing bowl or smoothie mix. I highly recommend this for those who would love to enjoy fresh fruit oats and all of the things that make the body run better.“

They make the best Herbalife shakes, refreshing energy drinks and on Saturday they make the best protein waffles!
