“Really good! Had it yesterday at sycamore terrace. Star of the show is the greens. Perfectly cooked. Great mouthfeel. Well seasoned. Savory and a little late heat. 11/10. The ribs were fantastic. Tender and juicy. Well seasoned. 9/10. The Mac and cheese was fine but compared to the greens and the beans it needs work. More salt or add some smoked paprika or cayenne. 6/10. The link tasted great but the bite and mouthfeel were off. I want some snap. Might need to cook it longer or use higher heat. 7/10.“

I have had the pleasure of eating several amazing dishes in his repertoire (vegan and SOS free so all healthy!) and I’m never disappointed. His curries are homemade and delicious, his stuffed peppers are to die for and his soups are wonderfully flavorful. In addition to being a master at his craft, he is a really good guy and willing to share and teach others when asked. I’ve traveled all over the world and you will not find a more conscientious and skilled chef than Chef Chris.“

Such friendly staff members and reasonable prices. Leading up to the wedding, Anne was also very responsive which is what you want when you are planning a big event.“

“We hired Gracie’s lunchbox in July for a Quinceañera! They were amazing! The food was delicious! They made green salad, 2 different pastas and their delicious herb toast, and fruit for later in the night. I forgot to tell them that we extended our event for an extra hour and informed them at the event. They just gave me the fee and didn’t make a fuss about it at all. They serviced the entire event and did an amazing job bussing tables, serving cake and late night snack. They were all so pleasant to work with. I definitely would hire them again! Excellent food and excellent service!“
