“We haven't been to a Carl's in a while. We stopped at the Williams, CA restaurant and the young man that took our order was amazing. He explained the burger options and what was on them. Very friendly and professional. And the burger was delicious.“

I feel like with these self-serve kiosks most fast food places have stopped showing hospitality to lobby guests. These guys greeted me and asked me if i needed anything while i was placing my order at the kiosk, which i really appreciated. The food came out quickly and hot 👍“

“Ordered a meatball sandwich, the meatballs were frozen ,so the person had to microwave them , which they over cooked the meat, she could have asked me to order something else and I gladly would have, I ate half the sandwich and trash the rest , other than that , nice people, clean store , and friendly service .“
