“Bummed that yesterday afternoons visit to get lunch thru the Willits BK drivethru was less than satisfactory. "Have it your way", well , when I asked for a chicken sandwich, no mayo, add extra pickles....I thought I woulda gotten more then just 4 small pickles on it.. bummed...Maybe they can get it right next time if I ask for EXTRA ALOT OF PICKLES..LOL“

“I love their chicken teriyaki sandwiches, and buy them frequently. Service is always prompt and cheerful. The youngsters working there are competent, and there's not a grump in the lot. And did I mention I love the teriyaki sauce?
Wheelchair accessibility: A clerk always rushes to hold the door for me. Really unnecessary, but incredibly polite.“
