“Times have been rough, I had just come in to charge my phone. Not here 10 minutes and the wonderful barista by the name Taylor approached and offered a coffee on the house. She didn’t just give me a free coffee she gave me a a beautiful warm cup of kindness. Thank you again Taylor. No good deed goes unnoticed. U made the universe smile.“

“I overheard the man that took my order radio back to the kitchen to do something special for the lady in front of me because she said she was having a rough morning. That act of kindness brightened my day and set off a chain reaction for me to pay for the order behind me. I later found out it was the store manager Gabriel. Great job Gabriel!!!!“

“I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s with my family for the last few months, and honestly, it has become a place we really appreciate. We’re a large family, and we come in often, usually at night for coffee and a variety of other orders. Because of that, we’ve gotten to know the team pretty well, and every visit has been a good experience.

This feels more like a thank-you than just a review. I want to thank the owners and the hiring team for putting together such an amazing group of people. A special shoutout to Gloria, Julie, Gavin, Destiny, and Andrew, along with the many other wonderful people working there. I do not want to leave anyone out because there are clearly a lot of great team members who help make this place run so well.

What stands out most is how welcoming everyone is. No matter how often we come in, the staff is always friendly, smiling, and ready to help. We have never had ongoing issues with our orders, and that consistency means a lot to us. It is nice to go somewhere regularly and still feel appreciated every time.

At this point, it really feels like the team there is part of our extended family. We are grateful for the great food, the positive attitude, and the excellent service every time we stop by. Thank you to everyone there for doing such a great job and for always making us feel welcome.“

“I’ve been coming to Caffe Mercato for both casual visits and business meetings, and it never disappoints. The Italian Club sandwich is excellent, and on colder days, the Azteca hot chocolate with a shot of espresso is my favorite. The atmosphere is cozy, the staff is very welcoming, and it truly feels like one of the best local cafés in Menifee. We always make it a point to order food and drinks right away to support such an amazing place.“

“I love everything about this place! Ever since it has opened it has been my go to place and all the drinks I have had have been delicious and never a wrong order. Liz in the drive thru is always such a vibe with her positive vibes and always makes sure I know what has been newly released and what I should give a try. If you haven’t been order the mocha de Mexico for a delicious hot drink or either the Burstin blue razz or iced horchata latte for a nice pick me up! If you get the burstin blue razz and enjoy cold foam I would HIGHLY recommend adding the vanilla cream top to the drink 😮‍💨👌🏾“

“Came here for the 1st time and loved it. I ordered an iced coffee cake with vanilla cold foam and an iced brown sugar caramel. They were both the perfect sugar to coffee ratio. The vanilla cold foam is hands down the best Ive had at any coffee shop. Its thick, rich, creamy and sweet. The coffee shop itself makes you feel like you are in a tattoo shop with the style and decor. Definitely found my new coffee shop.“

“This morning was great, the music was good energy, there were some classics playing!

I ordered a matcha and had the girls surprise me! It was so yummy! That banana matcha add caramel drizzle and they made it look pretty I had to take a picture!

“What's up with the Gentleman at the counter being rude to customers, and kicking them out? He was rude to 2 customes yesterday. Restaurant looked beautiful. Restrooms were clean. The guy at the counter kicked out 2 customers into the rain yesterday! Isn't Starbucks a safe, nice cozy place you can go and use the wifi? The other associates were great! I've worked 25 years in Customer Service. I'm shocked!“
