“This is a lovely joint in the heart of Old Town Perris! Specialty coffees and teas with a variety of salads and sandwiches to eat. I especially love the burgers and fries albeit the sandwiches are just as good. Ask for the Sunrise or Sunset if you like a different kind of lemonade. The staff there are great and there's ample space to sit and relax for a spell. They are very supportive of the local school district so ask for the teacher's discount if you happen to be one.“

I was greeted by 2 ladies with smiles and they answered all my questions about the drinks and helped me pick the one for me. My personal favorite is mango strawberry lemonade with bursting boba! “Me and my bf have been here a few times and we come for the milk teas. I get the Thai milk tea and he gets the jasmine. Next time I’d like to try the rose milk tea and or the taro flavor. They have a variety of other drinks that aren’t teas and look very good ! The actual store does not serve icecream. They have a freezer there but it’s often empty. They have a small fridge with mini candys in there. They don’t serve churros the churros are from next door.“

Best time to go is in the morning and late in the day between 2:30 and 3:30 middle school and high school gets out and the kids clog things up so I don't recommend that time. “I've only been to this location a few times however the baristas seem to remember my drink every time. Kaelin is always super sweet and accommodating. They once didn't have brewed chai so she went out of her way to make me my chai with their other chai while having a great conversation with me and taking other customers orders and it was still delicious.
