Ordered 2 Pad Thai, the noodles were awfully dry. The noodles were precooked and stuck together, very little protein and NO flavor. Old food not prepared fresh. Terrible low quality food. I will stick with Little Siam in West Hills, expensive yet always prepared fresh. Stay away from Jasmine Thai Restaurants. Thank you NDK

Jasmine Thai is a quiet, charming little restaurant. The food is authentic and flavorful without being overwhelming. Their pad see ew is hands down my favorite, and the spice level is customizable. The servers are always attentive, and the atmosphere is laid-back. It’s not fancy, but it definitely hits the spot for comfort food.

I really like their food. Tonight I walkedin at 8:30PM, thinking they closed at 9:30PM like it says on the Google and Yelp only to be told they close at 9PM and that I'd have to leave promptly at 9 pm. Bad service tonight.

This place is such a rip off! I ordered ground chicken with basil to go. Tell me why the rice serving was in a super small box which equivalent to 3 spoon full. It was almost kinda like a joke. So when I called to complain about it, they said that the rice was in a small serving becuz it’s “free” but rice is actually included with the meal and if you want to add an egg, they charge you $4.00 for one egg 😂😩. Customers service is HORRIBLE. The mngr wasn’t apologetic and had no intention of resolving the issues so here I am writing this so I can warn everybody! Will definitely not go back to this spot ever again.
"Crying tiger" is terrible. Basic at best. And packed for takeout with the "salad" INSIDE??? Definitely won't get that again. Noodles good

The food and service at Jasmine's has always been of very high quality. We should go there more often, but it deserves a better location than its little mini-mall. maybe that's why we don't go there as often as we should, despite the fact we can walk to this place. Frankly, I'm getting a hankering to go back!

I love the Tom kha yum soup and the jasmin fried rice, but that day it was more wet than fried rice.......... I have been going since 2015, the place has gone down hill with service and food...more so after pandemic most recently visited a couple days ago and one thing I noticed hasn't change was their cleaningness. The long yellow booth cover in black skid marks of I don't know of what with caked on food....the pedestal of the table covered in food and dirt ...but yet the person who helped us was wearing gloves and a mask...maybe they should clean and protect themselves from what is left behind from multiple customers...rather on themselves...it just shows how unimportant their image of their restaurant is to them..
Kid-friendliness: Dirty kids touch everything, and they will leave with something on their hands...the places are just not clean...
