The best food value in the area!! Why would someone pay $12 for a lukewarm, boring burger or burrito combo instead of paying that same $12 for a freshly-made, hot, delicious Thai lunch combo?? The combo comes with soup AND small salad, rice (brown not extra!), entree AND mango and sticky rice dessert. Exotic, delicious and a great value - I'll be back

Another one, my wife ordered seafood curry and I brought her a chicken curry and I complained to her and she told me that was what she ordered and I told her she doesn't eat chicken and I returned the plate and she went to the kitchen to ask for curry and she came out with a Silly answer is that there is no more seafood curry, it's over. With courage she asked for something else seafood patay and with another courage the waiter brings us patay with chicken and we tell him again that she doesn't want it and he says then do you want me to change it? She, with an appetite, said ok, I'll just eat the patay and I'll leave the chicken aside angrily and she ate a little and decided to go pay and we asked for boxes to take the rest of the food that they couldn't eat and I brought her a mini box and my wife told me to bring me a bigger one and I brought 2 more mini boxes and she came out with another excuse that they had run out of takeout boxes. The truth is it was my favorite restaurant but after all this I will never return and I will not recommend it to anyone. They have terrible service and the waiter does not write the orders correctly because he makes consecutive mistakes. and I didn't leave them tips because they don't deserve it since they never went to see if we needed anything else I hope the owner does something about this situation. Since the restaurant is going from bad to worse and it is not the first time we have eaten, we are going consecutively but today was the last time I do not recommend this restaurant, do not waste your money foolishly

Came in around 7:30 to an empty house! It's very quiet and intimate. We were asked to sit by the window but being that it was near the open door and there were some sketchy men standing in the parking lot outside that window we asked to sit at a different table. After some hesitation she agreed but seemed very annoyed. She carried that miffed attitude for the remainder of the evening. It was really odd but I didn't feel like the service was very friendly. Food was good and filling. we ordered a lot. This location isn't as good as the Ventura location.

Absolutely disgusting!!! The quality of the food and customer service has gone down the drain in the last 5 years. My family and I have been loyal customers since the day they opened. Ever since Erica left, this place no longer has high standards. The food is bland and the curry is always watery. Absolutely disappointing especially since they charge so much. I tried calling 10 times tonight and no answer. When i walked in they weren't busy at all! I saw 2 people waiting for food. I told the guy I tried to call multiple times and he just walked away to the back....excuse me? Also a cook in the back was working and I saw him touching his phone and then food with his bare hands! Ew gross and unsanitary!!! He was also taking food out of the microwave and boxing it so essentially you're paying a ridiculous amout of money for microwave thai food I'll be giving the other locations another try but I'm losing hope. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!

My green curry did not come green, more of a murky white and not much flavor. The veggies are not fresh. Overall terrible. Would not order again.

We LOVE Jasmine Thai but THIS is our favorite location! Fresh, delicious food, all white meat chicken always and the people are so nice, GREAT STAFF. Their food is very good! Too tired and full to take pictures but we even have leftovers for lunch tomorrow ?

Bruhhhhh the STENCH coming from the bbq chicken is unbearable!!! Smells like wet dog what is causing this smell??? The taste is like extreme gamey. I would not even recommend this to stray cats. Could not take a second bite. Rotten food!!!!! Shame on you!!!!!! SHAME. Also I think there was 2 cups of sugar in Thai tea. Tea does NOT NEED THIS MUCH SUGAR!!!!! Y'all suck

I wish I never went to this horrible place.....we went there because it said it was Thai food, but the food we ordered was nothing like Thai food. There was no hint of lemon grass or any of the Thai spices that make Thai food, so authentic and different. In fact, it tasted like brown gravy sauce, that maybe you might find in a cheap Asian restaurant and they use the same sauce for all their different dishes. Everything tasted the same and it all tasted bad. and in fact, it also tasted like the brown sauce was done up with old beef , it was a stench smell and taste . I wish I listened to a review. I read that said a few things but was not more explanatory. I thought I would give it a try I regret it that's why am sharing my experience so be careful don't get sick or disappointed.
