The portions are huge (one combo plate easily feeds two!), everything comes out piping hot, and the flavors are spot-on. Favorites include the crispy sweet & sour pork, tender sesame chicken, flavorful hot & sour soup, and that homemade chili oil—it's the bomb! The family-run team is super friendly and welcoming, the place is clean and casual (perfect for a quick lunch or takeout after exploring Putah Creek or the farmers market), and it's a true community staple. We drive from Sacramento just for this spot—way better than chain options. If you're in Winters or passing through, don't miss it—authentic, satisfying, and always worth it! Highly recommend!“

“This place is delicious and cozy. The food is amazing and the staff is too. We like to hit this place on the weekend and it’s always a good sign that there is a wait. Nice to have breakfast or lunch and then stroll the streets of Winters. Many great spots like the Cafe. Buckhorns for dinner is always a great way to finish a day in Winters.“
