Quiero reportarle que mi experiencia en el restaurant fue HORRIBLE. Si es que es el Mesero Elmer de ojos Verdes 50 anos, probablemente, Pero muy Hijo de la *^&%^$^$. Nunca saludos, Le pedi Salsa y Caja para llever comida, No me hiso caso, Lleve a mi Familia a pasar un buen rato para comer, Pero te encuentras con este estupido que no quiere trabajar, me hiso mi rato familiar malisimo. "Saltado" should be a Food Group. That....... Sauce.......... is what's had me Craving this Peruvian Dish since I tried it, back in 2009, at another restaurant.
I recommend Chios' Shrimp and Seafood Saltados to everyone I happen to discuss Latinx Food with. ALWAYS, extra Sauce.
I literally haven't tried anything else on the menu, Yet.
