"Saltado" should be a Food Group. That....... Sauce.......... is what's had me Craving this Peruvian Dish since I tried it, back in 2009, at another restaurant.
I recommend Chios' Shrimp and Seafood Saltados to everyone I happen to discuss Latinx Food with. ALWAYS, extra Sauce.
I literally haven't tried anything else on the menu, Yet.

This is definitely authentic, there's plenty of seating inside, and I do take out once a week for their chicken special. Chicken is delicious, Chicken fried rice tastes really good, ceviche de pescado is not bad. Unfortunately, they don't sell picarones - I would say that's the best part of the Peruvian food for me but most Peruvian restaurants don't sell it anyway.
