I had chicken shish kabob expecting bone in chicken, but got boneless chicken breast and rice. Asked for the rice to be changed to salad and she graciously did so very fast. I liked th tender chicken and good salad. I really enjoyed the meal. The sits are very close to each other. You can’t have any personal conversations. It is a place to go eat and leave. The outside sitting is well placed for privacy. Altogether I would recommend this place and will go back.

Probably the worst kabobs I have ever eaten. And the icing on the cake was, I got stomach upset and severe diarrhea afterwards. I made the mistake of ordering the Soltani. The koobiheh was pretty bad. But the barg was very suspicious. Having been invited there by friends, I forced the food down. And it was a mistake. I really don't know how these people have 4.5 star feedback. But if they keep giving people diarrhea, they will be out of business soon.

Didn’t mind the high price if the food would have been tasty. Those who have experienced Persian Soltani dish, don’t go to this place bc you will be disappointed with the no flavoring village kebab soltani.

I’m leaving this review about the food. I can’t say much about the service or atmosphere, neither were anything memorable. The food, however, was abysmal. I don’t know that I’ve ever had beef koobideh or barg that has tasted so off. Both beef kabobs have a uniquely yellow tint that I’ve never seen in kabobs anywhere else. Not sure what spice it is, but it’s likely adding to the flavor being off. Nevermind the koobideh’s a rubber texture! I see some reviews mention it’s the best Persian food they’ve had. Tragic.

If you’re a fan of authentic Persian cuisine, especially Koobideh kebab, look no further — this restaurant serves the absolute best koobideh in the area. Perfectly grilled, juicy, and full of flavor, their koobideh is cooked to perfection every single time. You can tell right away that they use high-quality meat and traditional spices, staying true to the original Persian recipe.
But it’s not just the kebab that stands out — the rice (chelow) is absolutely delicious. Light, fluffy, and aromatic, it complements the kebab beautifully. The salad is fresh and crisp, adding a refreshing balance to the richness of the main dish.
The interior of the restaurant is truly impressive — beautifully designed, clean, and full of character. It creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes the dining experience even more enjoyable, whether you’re there with family, friends, or on your own.
I highly recommend this place to anyone who’s craving authentic, high-quality koobideh kebab in a setting that’s both cozy and elegant. Once you try it, you’ll keep coming back — it’s that good!
That lamb was sooooo good that you are a fool to read this without trying it (unless you aren’t in the mood for lamb lol). Seriously though. Everything here was superb.

Amazing!!!!
Terrible food & service; prefer to burn my money than wasting here. NOT RECOMMENDED.
Very delicious ☺️
The best koobideh in LA .don’t hesitate .I have tried all Persian restaurants.trust me their koobideh is number one in LA .
I do not recommend this restaurant and I only ate there once, never to return. Their customer service is abysmal. They never come to ask what you'd like to eat; you have to go to the counter and explain what you want. The food they brought me had three mistakes, and when I wanted to eat, there were no utensils. I had to wait, and by the time I got them, my food was cold. I even had to get my own napkin. When I asked for directions to the restroom for my children, they were extremely rude. I had a very bad experience and will never go back.
