Our waiter either wasn't listening or was terribly preoccupied. I had a conversation with him about the three types of iced tea they serve and I selected one. He returned to the table less than five minutes later to confirm that I ordered water. When he took our order for the meal, a very similar situation occurred. I asked if the salad had fennel and he said, “no.” He came back to our table a moment later to confirm that I did not want celery. I never asked or spoke...
Food was delicious as always. They were extremely busy for lunch they day we went so the service wasn't the best! Felt forgotten. One of the meals was not cooked as ordered and by the time we could notify the waiter and the dish was remade we were already needing to leave. So unfortunately one person in our group essentially didn't have lunch. Seemed like an off day as we have never had trouble in the past!
This is a lovely hidden gem at Neiman Marcus. The host, and our server were extremely courteous and gave excellent service. The food is delicious and the portions were perfect. Will definitely be back.
