I am a huge critic of customer service as I come from hospitality myself, and I frequent this Chipotle almost every day for lunch as I work across the street. Today I was particularly starving and couldn’t wait to eat my food, but when I arrived at the register my wallet was nowhere to be found in my purse! 3 people infront of me..and some how my whole lunch was wasted waiting in line..everyone just standing around..and the girl heating the tortillas looked lost..
Extremely bad experience at Chipotle Topanga. We found a live bug in our salad, which was already shocking enough. Instead of apologizing and trying to make things right, the general manager had an incredibly rude, dismissive attitude and acted like we were the problem.
To make matters worse, I originally ordered a bowl, but the employee preparing it labeled it incorrectly. When I asked them to remake it because of their mistake, they tried to charge me again for the guacamole...read full review
