“First time and impressed by the food, service and atmosphere. My son had a asada burrito and loved it and he is picky. My daughter had a chicken quesadilla and she said it was good. My husband had posible was good too. I have a fish and shrimp tacos and they were season to perfection! We will definitely be back when we go to visit our child at UC Davis!!“
“Came for dinner while visiting some friends at UC Davis, and I loved it! We came around 6:30pm on a Saturday and were able to find a table for the 4 of us even though it was pretty full with guests. You order at the front by the bar and then seat yourself. They have a self serve chips and salsa bar, which was very tasty and kept us busy while we waited for the food, which didn’t take too long. The quesabirria tacos were delicious - melty cheese, tender melt-in-your mouth beef, and deeply flavored consome to dip it in. I also really enjoyed the Al Pastor and chicharrón street tacos - both meats were very well seasoned and cooked. Would definitely come back here again if I’m ever in the area!“
“This spot is definitely the best pub food in the area. There are many options for delicious burgers and sandwiches on the menu. I tried the beer cheese burger and shrimp po boy. Beer cheese burger: B Honestly I thought the burger tasted fantastic. Juicy patty smothered with a ton of tasty cheese, plus a sausage on it. The only problem is it's a mess to eat and there was too much moisture so the bun got soggy. Shrimp po boy: B+ This was a great sandwich, well balanced with flavor and texture. The popcorn shrimp taste great by itself and the rest of the sandwich is soft so it's easy to bite into. Fries: B+ Great texture and crispy exterior, salted well. A little too greasy for my preference so I can't eat the entire portion they give.“
“Nice spot in Davis for a Beer especially if it's nice outside. What made me go to this place was the parklet outside and the beautiful seating when Davis is not scorching hot or flooding rain. The bartender was nice and I went during happy hour and got the Mangonada Margarita which tasted pretty good, but not too strong. There was a special beer flight which is 3 beers with 3 girls scout cookies! I'll be getting that next time.“
“A hidden treasure for a great place to eat lakeside in Woodland. Their menu has a wide variety of selections. From great smoked meats to amazing seafood. I highly recommend trying the Shrimp Tacos, Tri-Tip & Wood Fired Pizza. There is a full bar with 12 craft beers on tap and premium spirits.“
