The French fries are delicious. Exotic meats available here too. We had pulled pork, Philly cheese steak and elk burger. I tried camel in the past. I would order it again!“

“I’ve been here a handful of times over the course of 2023 and have always had an exceptional time. The food is amazing, especially the brie grilled cheese and the wine is even better. You can’t beat the service here either. They make it incredibly easy to pick a wine/drink that you’ll enjoy. I spilled my wine all over myself and the floor the most recent time I visited, and one of the workers was so polite and quick to help out which was appreciated since I was pretty embarrassed.“

“Vine and grain was fun! Drinks were a solid 5 stars, where the food I would say was a 3 (a good 3!). Service was outstanding - the bartender was friendly and available as was the rest of the staff and we thought they were all good at their jobs. Atmosphere inside is awesome. Copy and modern. The patio can get noisy depending on what's going on around DOCO. We will be adding this to the rotation before Kings games!Parking: City event parking around DOCO available. Mostly garage parking.“

Hard Times Billiards Beer Bar • $
5536 Garfield Ave, Sacramento

“I was really impressed. It's a lot nicer on the inside than the name might suggest. It had good lighting, pool tables and cues were good. The balls were round and only quibble was that the numbers on balls were hard to read and almost led me to scratch! When I went, there was an actual pool tournament going on. I thought that was cool, and I was still able to play on my own at a table while it was going on. The staff were friendly - the guy at the bar was talkative and he told me and my date about the tournament and players there. The bar did not have those cherries to make Shirley Temple or Roy Rogers. I am sure I am only person in last five years at least to ask for such drinks.I would say more accurate name of this place would be Great/Fntastic/IncredibleTimes Billiards, but Hard Times is awesome name - maybe it's accurate for whoever is playing me.“

“Pretty good chinese cuisine! Inside it is nicely decorated, nicely renovated with even a live waterfall. Tables and floor are clean. Chairs wrapped in gold colored cloths. Overall a nice interior Food quality is pretty good. The beef steak tasted really tender, which means it was probably a high quality cut. The portions are also pretty big. Price is a bit on the high side, but it seems like that is the industry segment they are going for. Staff are pretty friendly. There are also Karaoke rooms in the back if you want to host a private party. Overall a good place to go for quality chinese food!“

The two bartenders/servers were friendly, kind, and full of knowledge (I'm not a beer drinker (my husband is), but they helped me find something that was to my liking). “This pizza place resides in the converted innards of metal storage containers. The pizza comes from a wood oven set up inside. Beyond the traditional offerings of cheese and pepperoni, you'll also find options that utilize toppings like arugula, pesto, mushrooms, and bacon. They have appetizers, like hummus or their wood-fired rosemary bread loaf with herb butter. A rotating selection of craft brews is on offer to compliment your meal. The open-air environment is pleasantly informal. You seat yourself at long tables and may find yourself sharing one with one or two other groups.People bring their dogs and their kids, though you'll probably see more of the former than the latter. The Federalist might not offer the best slice in town, but their unique takes are pretty tasty. They are solidly good.“
