One standout feature is the mural, officially titled “At Ease Brewing Co. Mural.” It was created by Glen Warren, creative director at Sacramento-based Commuter Industries.

The artwork blends a mid-century modern and space theme, featuring stylized rockets and celestial elements. It complements the brewery’s vintage military vibe while still feeling playful and inviting.

What I really appreciate is that the business gave the artist full creative freedom rather than forcing a strict military theme. That generosity shows in the final result: it feels authentic and visually striking.

As the artist shared, the goal was to create something bold, simple, and joyful: an “Instagram hotspot” that brings a moment of optimism, especially reflecting post-2020 sentiment.

“If you’re looking for a great Pork Belly Blt I highly recommend going to touchstone brewery. All there food is amazing and so fresh and delicious and tasty 🤤 it’s so good and worth the drive to go down there to get some great food and they have more then just beer on tap if you don’t drink beer. “When I first went to Fire Taproom, I was truly amazed. The atmosphere, including the workers, were extremely friendly. The food I ordered (the Classic Burger) was absolutely delicious. My kids ordered the Chicken Tenders and wouldn't stop telling me about how much they loved it. My husband ordered the FTR Chicken Sandwich and really liked it. The fries were also amazingly seasoned, unlike any other restaurant I have been to before. The place was truly amazing, and I can't wait to come again.“

“I have been here twice during my stay for the CIM Marathon and was told about this place from a bartender across the street at a different restaurant. She said the hamburgers come out perfectly and the fries (or tots!) are hot every time. That is the truth! The burgers are delicious whether you like them plain or with all the fixings. Their beers are great and the staff is kind and attentive. IDK how they got a 3+ star rating, but I would recommend this place to anyone! 5 stars for sure.“
