The gentleman who was running the pickup area at the center was kind, friendly, informative and overall a helpful and passionate person who made my trip here all the more worth it. Things are set up nicely and the beverages put out by the folks at Great Notion are something special to enjoy!
Very nice usually they open 8 am for delivery I called one day earlier the guy said if you want to come early I will be there so he comes 7 am to unload me Thanks sorry I don’t know what his name but he is very helpful Thanks.
I haven’t (yet) been to a facility. I have ordered online a handful of time and every single time the customer service has been stellar, all of the beers have been good, a majority have been phenomenal. In one occasion I ordered a a dozen beers and received the wrong ones. The incorrect beers were great, but the company amended the shipping error, sending replacements for the mistakes, and the original beers were exceptional.

Even when mistakes happen, the company quickly corrects them, ensuring a positive experience.
