“My wife and I are big fans of Thai cuisine, and last night we decided to try Signature Thai Bistro. We were intrigued because it occupies the same space as Supatra's, a spot we used to frequent years ago before the change in ownership. We called ahead to make a reservation and were seated promptly within a minute of our arrival. My wife follows a gluten-free vegan diet, and Thai food has always been a reliable choice for her. She called in advance to ensure options were available, and the staff was accommodating. Our server, Paul, was outstanding. He went above and beyond to ensure the kitchen was informed about my wife's dietary needs, making the experience seamless and stress-free. Here's what we ordered: Tom Kha Soup: Excellent, bursting with rich and vibrant flavors. Summer Rolls: My wife loved them--fresh and perfectly prepared. Mango Mood drink: Another hit, beautifully balanced and refreshing. Wine: A familiar choice for my wife that paired well with the meal. String Beans and Eggplant: Very delicious, with bold and flavorful seasoning. Crying Tiger: Unfortunately, this dish didn't meet my expectations and is one we wouldn't recommend. Overall, the food was excellent, aside from the Crying Tiger, and the service was exceptional. Special thanks to Paul for his attentiveness and genuine kindness. Andrew was incredibly helpful throughout planning stages with regular email exchanges and phone calls to ensure we were aligned in the food expectations and overall experience. The night of the event he was there onsite to ensure we had everything we needed and Savannah oversaw the service. She was impeccable and our 30+ guests were treated with great care and attention. “Showed up with my boy who was visiting from out of town. Never been to a lounge or bar in Santa Ana before. This is definitely the neighborhood spot, but they made me and my friend feel like regulars.

Claudia hooked it up with the libations. She made it happen. I mean you won’t get Clase Azul here but you’ll get first class food and service.

I had no idea the food was going to be on point as it was and it surprised me. You expect bar food, but this food is on another level. Fresh made tortilla chips served hot with mouth watering and juicy tacos. I had the asada and al pastor. Served hot and fresh.

Claudia and the chef Josh made it real nice for the experience. I highly recommend if you’re in Santa Ana. It’s dark in there so when we came out the doors at 5p you definitely need sun shades or time to adjust.

First, I personally am very picky with my alcoholic drinks and this place made one of the BEST drinks I’ve ever had. I ordered the pumpkin punch, which I thought was going to be sweet but it was so uniquely sweet without being overpowering. I would recommend this to EVERYONE. “This is a restaurant/lounge. Fri and Sat nights they have DJ playing music. This place is opening late till 2am during the weekend I believe and midnight during weekdays. Love their grilled chicken feet better than the kinda steamed ones. Their ribeye not bad at all also the bone marrows. I was there for both brunch/lunch and dinner. But I was never there when the was DJ. Weekday is easier to find parking than weekends“

“I have been eating at Mandarin Taste since I was 4 years old. Since when they used to have to polaroid pictures taped to the wall where you waited for your seat. Since the shopping center was a thriving place for business.
I have been gone from the area for years now, but I came home over the summer and after a shopping trip at Brea Mall, I craved some Szechwan beef and nostalgia. Upon walking in, we noticed some small changes. The polaroid pictures are gone (mines was up there!) but everything else was exactly the same. Including the staff. They have of course aged as we all have, but I remember them in their younger years. We ordered all our old favorites. The pu-pu platter, chow mein, fried rice, and Szechwan beef. All of it tasted exactly the way it did the last time we had it. The consistency of this place is insane and much appreciated. The service was good too. I don't have any issues with Mandarin Taste and we always had great food and a good time here over so many years. Graduations, births, birthdays, and job promotions. All celebrated here. It made me sad to see the shopping center as desolate as it was. In the 80's and 90's, it was a busy place and again, many memories being there. I'm glad to see that Mandarin Taste has been able to remain and among so much change, they have been able to stay the same. Thanks for the memories. Please support this restaurant. You won't be disappointed.“

“The best bbq I've had in a goth farm house! Seriously the good is great! everyone ordered something different and we were all very happy. Their own distillery is so good.
The decoration is so fun, so many goth photo opportunities and disney memorabilia.
They have 2 (TWO) secret dining dining rooms (that's all I found at least) hidden behind book cases.

“I have coming to this location for about a year now and have had the privileged to me most of all of the bartenders and to be honest I sometimes only stop by to grab food .. my fave is bacon wrapped hot dog , it’s loaded and so yummy. Also, all the finger foods are amazing and I’m able take home to indulge during my movie nights at home. One last thing - Amanda the bartender is one of my favs she’s so nice and even with a full bar she makes you feel like you’re the only one there giving you all the attention.“
