I’ve been here a few times now, and the quality has always been consistent! With the decline of clean, reasonably priced Chinese restaurants in OC, this place really stands out. It’s a solid option for a casual, satisfying meal and being right next to the movie theater makes it super convenient too!

My wife's boss recommended Min's Bistro highly, especially touting Mongolian Beef as a must item. Since we were nearby after a medical appointment and were hungry. So we thought: "Why not!"
Food: we ordered the Mongolian Beef, Honey Walnut Shrimp lunch specials and xiao long bao as an appetizer. We got the xiao long bao first. The taste wasn't terrible. It didn't taste that good either. They smack of having sat in the freezer...

I was absolutely blown away by this place! I’ve driven past it for months and never thought to go in until yesterday and first impressions did this place so well. Everything is very aesthetic from the way they incorporate their jade green colors around the restaurant it makes it all look uniform and very neat. I got the hot and sour soup, the spicy garlic and soy edamame, the sweet and sour fish and the fish in chili oil and each dish kept getting better and better. Very rich...
