Snail’s pace food service. One order came out fifteen minutes before everyone else’s. I get that we’re a captive audience, but at least try to get the food out in the same hour.

We were in Yosemite for the long weekend hoping to catch the Firefalls - during the day we took a few easy hikes and ended up near Curry Village at lunch time - we were told that Pizza Deck and Bar 1899 were open and both pretty good - so while the kids stood in line for pizza, hubby and I stood in the short line for food from the Bar. There were a couple tables inside but we were going to also bring in outside food, so we decided to grab a table outside - it wasn't hard, people were moving along when they were done eating - we ordered beer as well - and enjoyed our beer while we waited for our kids and our food. We ordered before our kids but our food took about 25 minutes to come out - the salad was pretty good and as expected, and the ribs were juicy and not over barbequed - pretty tasty - I felt like it needed a side dish, it was more like an appetizer - The bartender took our order, she was pretty busy, but she was still personable - we talked about her cool pinecone bottom tattoo - she got it in Santa Cruz - where my husband and I met - well she was busting her a** in there - Overall a very pleasant lunch

I periodically frequent this establishment. Erin has been my bartender multiple times and she has always been friendly, attentive, and helpful despite the low morale at the bar. The food options are limited and I wish they had more vegetarian and vegan options. The bar always seems to be understaffed and I applaud the employees for powering through. This bar wouldn’t survive without the top tier service the employees provide.

It's unfortunate that in such a beautiful place there are bigots working to mistreat people on the basis of race. My partner and I arrived for the first time to enjoy Yosemite. We entered the bar and were ignored by the staff and bartender. The bartender was attentive to the other customers but left us unattended for an obvious amount of time making me feel unwelcome. The only difference between ourselves and the other patrons was race. It took a lot of staring to have the bartenders eventually ask what we needed. I will never return and if you're non-white make sure to come in a group so they are forced to work for their wages.

Great prices, which was surprising for being in a NP. Simple but good food selection. $10 will get you a solid Irish Coffee.

Not vegetarian friendly. Even the fries are made with Beef Tallow! Manager gave an option to take out the beef patty and still charge us the same. What a shame!

Good variety of beers on tap which is rare for the area, good burgers, friendly bartender.

Honestly had my expectations low for a bar in a version 2 of Disneyland but HOLY. The Nashville hot wings were one of the, if not best wings I have ever had. From the texture to spice level and how they fry them. They were incredible!! The Thai were okay

Perfect greasy sliders, generous pours, and a funny active bartender to boot. All in the middle of Yosemite wilderness.

Don't walk by and miss it just thinking it's just a bar, they also have food and their food seemed more appetizing than at seven tents! ---Smash burger sliders: Yummmmm perfect crisp on the meat patties (they give you 2 patties per slider so very filling). Really hits to the spot especially after the half dome hike --Wings: just okay but we think they give us the thai sweet and spicy flavor not the Nashville hot
