“Had to experience the famous pizza deck so we had a drink. Pizza looked good! Beer and wine was crazy expensive but they have a captive audience with few options. The entertainment is the fattest squirrels you will ever see, and aggressive , climbing on tables stealing food.”

“The Mountain Lodge is a beautiful restaurant. The service was excellent, we especially enjoyed talking to our waiter and the waiter assistant about their experience living at Yosemite. The prices were reasonable. The food was 3* because the chicken was dry, not enough sauce came with it and the sauce was just ok. Could have used more veggies too. The only item that seemed pricey is for bread at $8. I would go back and try another dish on the menu.”

“We had dinner here. Everything was great. We had the lamb, chicken Alfredo and the mushroom bread. It was a little pricey but overall great tasting and the service was top notch.”

“First time staying at Curry Village (tent cabin for 4). We had a nice time. Reviews are correct about hearing everything from neighboring tents, but we were so tired we fell asleep without problem. For all of the different food options the dining hall roasted chicken was the best. Real mashed potatoes, chicken was well seasoned and cooked (not dry). Definitely least processed option.”

“A bit outdated … but that’s the charm! Great family/large group stay. Basecamp cafeteria perfect for quick sandwiches or full meal. Centralized in the Valley. Highly recommend.”

“This place is great. For $14.87 I got a large roast beef sandwich with cheddar/ sandwich fixings, a can of sparkling water and a bag of fritos. There was no line. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Outdoor seating right on the path to the museum.

They had several sandwich and soup options that looked good. For drinks they have regular fountain drinks, can/bottles and a nice selection of local beers.”

“Yummy chicken tenders that are not dry, is nicely seasoned and crunchy! Surrounded with the cutest birds while eating. Affordable price for a reasonable portion too.”

“Didn't have a drink, but we did enjoy the burger and i tell you what.... It was very good, perfectly seasoned. The bun was a little dry but nothing to complain about. Fries were on point!! Expensive? Well yeah, your in the park!”

“Went for breakfast the Tuesday after Labor Day. We'd stayed in Curry Village and were about to hike Vernal and Nevada falls, so this was convenient. The dining pavilion opens at 7am for breakfast and they serve some nice hot options. I had the burrito and my friend had the pancakes. It was all good. They have nice clean spacious restrooms right at the entrance. There are water refill stations both inside, and there's one with good flow right outside the gift shop / grocery store. Also pretty nice views outside in the morning light.”

“Beautiful setting in a great dining room with granite views from the soaring windows. The food was beautifully presented and delicious with excellent service from the delightful staff. We have a second reservation in 2 days. Am a little disappointed that they will be rotating 2 menus every other day so we will get the same menu. Would be nicer if they rotated menus every 7 days for folks who stay in the valley longer.”

“Tastefull burger (le 1st one on the menu list). Good value for money. which is unexpected on Yosemite Valley as everything is expensive. Lovely picnic area in front of the building where squirrel, birds may welcome you !”

“Top tier service in the Valley but I’m not sure if they respect the bean as much as they should although the coffee was still great. I wish I got to spend more time with the Lion that was helping me. They even played my favorite song!”

“We went to the Ahwahnee to catch the sunset. You can see Half Dome from the back of the hotel. We ordered drinks and food to go from the bar and settled down on the comfortable seating area.
We ordered the charceuterie plate and the mezzi plate. Both were delicious!”

“Highly recommend getting the mushroom burrito bowl. I think its their best item on their menu personally. Mushrooms were juicy and flavorful, rice and beans were delicious. Filling meal for a decent price.”

“Elora was professional, and went above and beyond to attend customers . This is the kind of barista that I expect when I go into Starbucks Yosemite, somebody that does not stop working diligently, which cannot be said for the other baristas”

“Cocktails were excellent as was the roasted half chicken and root vegetables. Burger had too much gristle and mushrooms were way too firm. The wild mushroom bread was very good and is really big enough for four people. Service was mediocre.”

“Pray it doesn't snow the day (or week) you decide to visit. If it does, they will likely shutdown the mountain. Aramark's takeover has completely eliminated the greatness that Badger Pass once was. Nothing more than a greedy corporation whose motivation is centered only on making money. They have turned a central valley gem into an embarrassment.”
