We went to the Ahwahnee to catch the sunset. You can see Half Dome from the back of the hotel. We ordered drinks and food to go from the bar and settled down on the comfortable seating area.
We ordered the charceuterie plate and the mezzi plate. Both were delicious!

If you want just drinks this is a good place. For at the bar is a very limited select of odd food that is not great. If you want to eat after a hike, this is not the place!
Waitress was very good and attentive but we had to wait a while to be seated, when the host finally came over he had an attitude like we were bothering him.
