“Stayed at the Yosemite view lodge about 10 minutes away and food is pretty limited in the area. We decided to try out this restaurant which is located at another hotel, and the food was great for the price. Our bartender Sandy was wonderful! You can learn all about the history of the area and the restaurant. We had the california melt and chicken tenders with onion rings. Please check them out if you’re in the area and hungry!”
“My wife and I had a good meal while staying at Yosemite Cedar Lodge. There was only one person running the bar and serving along with one cook. They both did a great job and got our food and order in a timely manner. Most of the food is American or fried so it would be nice if they had some other options too like pasta (as an example). Food is also a little expensive per person, but was good otherwise. Menu is on Google photos for the place if you want to see what they have.”
“Service was great! Our server handled everything quickly. Our food was good and came out of the kitchen very fast. The prices are very high but that is expected in a remote tourist area.”
“Edit: Service and speed have definitely improved. Deliciousness is again pretty high.I’ve been to Rush Creek six times and the restaurant is getting slightly worse year over year. A shrinking drink specials on the board above the TV’s, tavern menu is the same as the dining menu, few too many bites with egg shell in the morning rancheros, dinner curry needs a spicyness prompt, and website menu is out of date.Menu does not change enough, but it is delicious. This is a super user problem but we’re still a part of the business.Let me say again, I love this place, but we have to better in the restaurant.”
“We ate here twice whilst staying at Yosemite View Lodge (the hotel that this restaurant is located at). The pizzas are REALLY good, they are expensive in my opinion (about $25 once you add a few toppings) but there are very limited options in the area. We tried a pepperoni pizza one evening and a pesto chicken the next. The staff are helpful and they offer unlimited refills on soft drinks and all the condiments you could want. There is also a nice outdoor seating area which we ate at one evening and the other we took the pizza back to our room balcony. I would definitely suggest eating here over the restaurant next door.”
