Visited this store and went back about 20 minutes later to ask for a receipt reprint because the cookies were bought for an event, on a company card. The person who stepped in to help was visibly annoyed and yelled (actually yelled) loudly for staff to remember to ask customers if they want their receipts. She let me know that their register isn’t capable of recalling receipts and she would do it this one time. She handed me the receipt I said “Thanks” she says “YUP”....read full review
The Cookie Tree HAS Very very rude & disrespectful customer service. Super unprofessional!! Was ordering food and coffee with my family To GO !!!! I had my tiny teacup Chihuahua with me which was in a slingshot carrier that goes over my shoulder. This employee or supervisor/manager waited until after I ordered my food and coffee & said does the dog serve a purpose and I said no and she said you need to leave immediately.
