“I ordered breakfast through drive through. Customer service was great! Although it was good and hot, I do think my breakfast burrito could have bigger, for the price of an $8.99 combo. I do like that Jack in the Box serves breakfast all day.“
“I really want to appreciate this business being torn down & rebuilt better. Sadly I have now been thru the drive thru half a dozen times. First visit, what is taking them so long, there's two cars including mine. 2nd - 5th time, same. Now with just myself in line when I pulled up, I was told to park & wait, another car was told the same when they went thru & parked next to me. Waited 12 mins total to get eggrolls & a jr cheeseburger. The drive thru & parking & employees were all better than this new rebuild.
Looks like this issue has improved. I've gotten thru in a normal amount of time. Food is good as well, upgrading to 4****.
