Jack in the Box in Calimesa

“I frequent several JIBs between here and Riverside where I work. All the JIBs are great with food quality and customer service. The Calimesa JIB surpasses all others I go to in customer service by far! Sometimes there's been delays when they're short staffed but they are pleasant and apologetic for any delays. I especially want to give Cheyenne a special shout out as we have been ordering breakfast consistently after church on Sundays for a few months now. She always introduces herself at the drive up window (I mobile order so she learned my name and knows who my sons are depending on who picks up the mobile order). She is kind and courteous (as all staff here are) and professional. She goes above and beyond! This is my preferred Jack location given we have 3 to choose from in the Calimesa/Yucaipa area!“

“There was no ice out front, so the cashier took our large soda cups back to put ice in them. Great. When we used the machine to diapense the soda, there was no carbonation. We asked if they could fill the drinks from the machine in the back. She said there was no carbonation there either, but she'd try to get carbonation to the machine out front. Then she signaled us to run it a little. So I filled up my cup halfway and then emptied it. We I tried ir again it was still flat. So no money back and no soda. Pretty frustrating for me.

The food is still fantastic. Now there is NO service. You order from a screen where the server used to be. Unappealing.
