Manager Jenny should attend Customer Service training! Is that really her name?
Our sandwiches were made wrong and she had the “oh well” smug attitude and ended up hanging up on me. She offered to replace the sandwiches if I bring the original ones to her. Gas $$$$$, not worth the cost, but I don’t think she understood the workers need training and leadership!?
