I stopped going to this store years ago, because they never had any spicey dark chicken ready, and the service was horrible. But I recently went to see if things had changed, and on this day they did. They had plenty of everything I was looking for, ready to go, and the service was just awesome, the woman behind the counter was Brenda, and she definitely made my day with her great attitude and kindness. I will definitely go back again! Thanks again Brenda!!!

Our experience was completely horrible 😭!
The customer service wasn't in existence 😡 and we felt as if we were interrupting the employees there because we dined in. We were traveling to Palm Springs California 🌴. And Popeyes has been our favorite chicken restaurant. Not only was the service unexceptionable, the servers emphatically denied to me regarding the pieces of chicken 🍗 I ordered was what they were supposed to be. My order was to consist of Thighs...

No complaints about the food taste, overall it's good.

But, service is super slow, even though there is no line at all. Not recommended if you are in a rush.
