“Bop & Gogi is a funky place with AMAZING food. I had the Bulgogi Hot Stone Bi Bim Bop. I’m a sucker for crispy rice and this did not disappoint. I appreciated that this wasn’t loaded down with rice but had awesome veggie portions and unlimited sauce. Don’t sleep on the sauce.

Also a nice surprise were prepared kimchi veggies. The cucumbers were delicious and pickled radish never disappoints.

The entire place is self serve with a kiosk to order food at. The atmosphere was a little lacking but don’t let that stop you from trying this place out. So happy for a great Bi Bim Bop shop back in DTC!“

“The food was absolutely delicious! I ordered the bulgogi and tteokbokki rice cakes with dumplings, and everything was flavorful and satisfying. The staff was friendly and polite, and the portions were very generous. I’ll definitely be coming back!“

“The food was good. You get served in to-go containers which saves the step of getting one if you are the kind of person who can’t finish your meal. There is free water but you can buy other beverages from the fridge if you want a drink. Boba was fine but the meal was the thing you should come for!“

“The food here is great. Their galbee was amazing, tasted great and was super tender. They also had a good variety of banchan which was alright. We got 2 of their soups which also tasted pretty good as well. The server was sweet and explained to us how to use the sauces and such and made sure to check up on us periodically to see if we needed anything. The only complaint i had was that I ordered o-Sam bulgogi and while it tasted good, 75% of it was onions which was quite disappointing“

“I’ve be coming here for really good Korean food! They are fast to greet you and have amazing hospitality! This was my second time here and I definitely have no regrets. My favorite items on the menu are Katsu and the JJAM Bong and Ja Jang Myeon! All options are really good and you can’t go wrong with any choices! “M Mart is more than just a Korean grocery store to me — it feels like a small piece of Korean history in Colorado.

The owner came to Colorado about 40 years ago, and knowing that history makes this place feel even more special. You can tell that M Mart has been part of the Korean community here for a very long time.

Even though Denver has bigger Korean markets like H Mart, I always make a point of stopping by M Mart whenever I’m in Colorado. Before heading back to Utah, I usually stock up on Korean food, snacks, drinks, and other favorites that are harder to find back home.

The prices are very reasonable, the quality is good, and there’s something warm and nostalgic about shopping here that you don’t always get from a large chain store.

For me, visiting M Mart has become a little tradition whenever I come to Denver. I hope this local Korean market continues to be part of the Colorado community for many more years.

“I’ve been here a couple of times and the food has been pretty much amazing every single time. This place got me into Korean food after I checked it out after one of my friends recommended to me. Their spicy beef soup is actually amazing and I would 100% recommend it. Their pork neck is also really tender and tastes great and is good for probably 3 or more people. The atmosphere is nice and it’s really clean as well. You can tell this place is good because this place always has people with plenty of other Koreans here. They also help you pack up your leftovers if you need to and are pretty helpful“

“No-frills place that serves yummy jokbal! The difference between the large and jumbo size platter is only $5 so we decided to size up. Needless to say, I was absolutely stuffed. The jokbal was chewy and there was plenty of meat. I personally prefer the meat over the collagen so I was extremely satisfied because other restaurants tend to skimp out on the meat. Banchan was diverse and delicious. The owner was sweet and checked up on us frequently. I would definitely return if I’m back in Denver.“

“Came here with some buddies for some food after the reptile show in Aurora. The food was pretty decent! I got the sweet and sour pork and the black bean noodles. The sweet and sour pork tasted a little under seasoned honestly but the black bean noodles were tasty! I would come back here again for the service because they are very nice and attentive. Their kimchi is pretty tasty too.“

“Food is decent for what it is. This restaurant offers dosirak, a packaged lunch. They have a couple of rotating menu items each day which includes meat, rice and side dishes. Price is around 12 to 15 bucks. The restaurant does have other a la carte dishes which are posted on a hand written menu board. If you know what to order, it's definitely better to order over the phone before arriving at the restaurant.“

“Loved this little hole in the wall. Excellent food and service. We got the bacon fried rice, which came neatly wrapped in an egg dome. The porklets were delicious, as were the chicken wings. Fast and friendly service. Will go back in a heartbeat next time we’re in Aurora.“

“I ordered a vegetarian dish. Excellent! They adjusted the spiciness of my dish, since I am not used to super spicy food and yet the dish was amazing. The service was very professional. Music was not loud. Parking was available. We went during lunch time, very affordable even after the tip. We will come back.“

“My wife and I are longtime fans of Korean BBQ and have enjoyed it at restaurants throughout both the United States and South Korea. This visit stood out as particularly memorable. Our party of six selected a combination meal that included a variety of meats, vegetables, soup, side dishes, and beverages. One member of our group, a talented cook, volunteered to manage the grilling, which added to the experience.

Every dish was excellent—fresh, flavorful, and expertly prepared. The quality of the food and the overall dining experience place this restaurant among the very best Korean restaurants we have visited. The service was slow and not very attentive but, other than that, an excellent experience. Although we are rarely in Denver, we will definitely return whenever we are in the area.“

“This is my favorite food place that I’ve visited since moving here to Denver. The ladies working here are very polite and helpful. The food tastes extremely delicious. I absolutely loved my chicken katsu bento as well as my miso soup and salad. Everything is flavorful, the food was prepared quickly to order, and at a very reasonable price. The atmosphere is extremely cozy, quaint and relaxing. Very quiet, calming place to enjoy a meal with a loved one. I highly recommend this establishment.“

They can cater traditional rice cakes for celebrations like 100 day parties and 1st birthdays. Very friendly owners and great customer service.“

“I finally tried Korean corn dogs here, and they definitely lived up to the hype. They were made fresh, crispy on the outside, and the cheese pull was amazing. I also liked that there were different toppings and sauces to choose from, so you could mix it up. It's a great spot if you're looking for a quick snack that's actually filling. “Went here on a Monday (22Jun26) for my Fiancee birthday and had a fantastic time. She got to spin the birthday when and won a bottle of soju! It got busy and our poor server (who was by herself) was pretty frazzled. Regardless of that she really made the whole experience great and provided the BEST service. She even brought over a birthday shot unprompted. I mean, the food here is always good but our server was the sole reason we had such a great time. I wish I had got her name because she was fantastic.“
