“My friends and I ate here for NYE—it was perfect. Susie, our server, was thoughtful and funny even though she was working solo and got slammed just as we sat down. She was quick to refill our sides and bring us our drinks. The food was incredible, some of the most delicious Korean we’ve found in Denver, and reasonably priced considering the quality of the meat for bbq and the quantity provided. I don’t think I’d enjoy any other BBQ as much any where else.“

“Visited Mr. Kim Korean BBQ on a Saturday evening. When we arrived, the dining room had a few tables occupied, but by the time we left, the place was completely full—which says a lot about its popularity.

Service was fast, attentive, and friendly. The staff consistently checked on the grill and replaced the metal plate whenever it started to burn, which kept the cooking experience smooth and enjoyable. Food variety was solid for an all-you-can-eat menu, with plenty of meats and appetizers to choose from.

The highlights for me were the LA galbi, butter shrimp, and calamari—all flavorful and cooked perfectly on the grill. Overall, everything we tried was delicious, and the price was very reasonable for an AYCE Korean BBQ.

A nice finishing touch: after we paid, they brought out a cup of iced sweet tea. It was refreshing and helped cleanse the palate after all the grilled meats.

I love how customizable everything is—you get to pick your filling (cheese, meat, or both), choose your coating, and even add toppings. It makes the whole experience unique and a lot more exciting than a traditional corn dog.

The process was quick and easy, and the staff kept things moving even during a busy time. The only downside is the location—parking can be a bit of a challenge since it’s right on a busy stretch of University Avenue.

“This was a new experience and one of the best I've had in this area of Denver so far. This place is extremely cool, like next level Night City future tech cool. This place has Hot Pot and in-table BBQ burners for meat.

To order, you utilize a tablet mounted on the side of your table. This tablet keeps a running order total so that you can start with some items, push the order through, then later on you can push another order through. There is no wait or limit as to how many orders you can put through or a timeout before placing the next order.

When ordering drinks from the tablet, they arrive extremely fast, like shockingly fast. When ordering food from the tablet it arrives extremely quick as well. We ordered some meat skewers and within 30 seconds someone was at our table setting everything up. A few minutes later the skewers arrived.

Additionally, each table has a service button you can push in the event that you do need some assistance or drink refills.

The quality of the food was really high. We got beef and lamb skewers and they were really really tasty. The Spicy Lamb skewers are where its at.

Not to mention, this all happened at around midnight. My friends and I showed up looking for some late night food and this place was packed to the brim at midnight. It was an amazing experience and one I will be sharing with all visiting friends and family moving forward.“
