I very rarely rate Dunkin locations but want to shout this one out. On a Friday afternoon the donuts/bagels looked stocked, lobby was clean, and workers were friendly. Our pickup order was much better than normal - iced coffee had a good amount of almond milk (they often put too much), hash browns were the least greasy I've seen, and everything bagel was loaded with seasoning.
This place is one of our favorite Dunkin donuts locations!! The staff is so friendly and the lobby well kept! Even when it's super busy the line goes quickly!

Dunkin Candelas is a favorite Dunkin donuts location. The staff is friendly and the lobby is well kept. Even when the place is super busy, the line goes quickly. The store is clean, efficient, polite, and able to aid customers with food allergies, with staff honest about risks. Some customers note that customer service can be lackluster, with no greeting upon arrival and minimal interaction from the counter. After months of waiting, the location opened on November 17 and first customers received free coffee for a year, sunglasses, and a reversible Dunkin bucket hat when they wore a head‑to‑toe branded sweatsuit. Neighbors and friends joined early, and the drive‑thru is efficient. Donuts are fresher than other locations and Munchkins tins are available on request. Parking is easy, the location is very clean, and plenty of staff meet customer needs.
